Job Summary
A Counter Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, understanding their requirements, recommending products, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities : Greet and assist customers visiting the store or counter.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide product information, pricing, and promotional details.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Manage product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for stock availability.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve queries professionally.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
