Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to USA-based customers
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain proper call records and customer details
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and quality service
  • Meet daily/weekly calling targets


Requirements:

  • Good English communication skills (spoken)
  • Comfortable with night shift (USA calling)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
  • Prior international calling experience is a plus (not mandatory)
