Job SummaryWe are looking for a hardworking and reliable Factory Helper to assist in daily manufacturing operations. The candidate will support production activities, maintain cleanliness, handle materials, and ensure smooth workflow within the factory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist workers and machine operators in production activities.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Support inventory handling and stock arrangement.
• Perform basic quality checks on products.
• Help in operating equipment under supervision.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.
• RequirementsMinimum education: 8th Pass / 10th Pass preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting materials.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of factory safety practices.
• Prior factory or production experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
