HR Associate

The HR Associate assists with recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, payroll support, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. They also help create a positive employee experience by providing administrative and operational HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave information.
• Administer employee benefits and respond to HR-related inquiries.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave, and performance documentation.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and wellness programs.
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (entry-level roles may accept fresh graduates).
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software (such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or BambooHR).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks effectively.
