Job Description

  • Machine Operation:Operate the batch freezer machine as per standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Monitor temperature, consistency, and freezing process of ice cream mix.
  • Ensure proper feeding of mix into the machine.
  • Production Support:Assist in preparation and transfer of raw materials to the batch freezer.
  • Support in maintaining continuous production flow.
  • Help in loading/unloading materials and finished product.
  • Quality Control:Check texture, overrun, and quality of ice cream during production.
  • Report any deviations to supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance:Perform routine cleaning (CIP/SIP if applicable) of the batch freezer.
  • Ensure machine and surrounding area are clean and sanitized.
  • Assist maintenance team during breakdowns or repairs.
  • Safety Compliance:Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE (gloves, cap, mask, etc.).
  • Ensure safe handling of equipment and materials.
