Product Manager (Product & Growth Marketing) – Astrology AppWe are seeking a versatile, data-driven, and entrepreneurial Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our growing Astrology mobile application. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between product development and growth marketing—not only refining the user experience but also driving user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.

- Role: Product & Marketing Manager

- ## Key Responsibilities
- 1. Product Management & StrategyDefine the product roadmap, features, and user journeys to improve daily active users (DAU) and monthly active users (MAU).
- Analyze user behavior and drop-off funnels (especially the chat/call consultation flow) to optimize app monetization.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and developers to ship seamless, bug-free features and updates.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to keep the app ahead of industry trends.
- 2. Growth & Marketing OperationsDesign and execute user acquisition (UA) strategies across digital channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.).
- Oversee App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve organic visibility and downloads.
- Plan and deploy retention strategies using push notifications, in-app messaging, and email campaigns (using tools like CleverTap, MoEngage, or OneSignal).
- Track and optimize core performance metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, and Retention Rate.
- ## Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience managing mobile products and/or digital marketing campaigns for consumer-facing apps.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven approach; expert in using tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel, or AppsFlyer.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with the app development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and working with engineering teams.
- Growth Marketing Knowledge: Clear understanding of performance marketing, funnel optimization, and user psychology.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of ownership.
