Job Description

  1. Oversee end-to-end production for both Factory Made (FM) and Home Made (HM) products. 
  2. Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on business requirements. 
  3. Lead and supervise production supervisors, team leaders, and a workforce of 50+ labourers. 
  4. Ensure production targets are achieved within the committed timelines.
  5. Maintain product quality as per company standards.
  6. Coordinate with the Design, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Dispatch teams for seamless operations.
  7. Monitor raw material availability and reduce production wastage. 
  8. Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across FM and HM production.
  9. Monitor machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance.
  10. Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies. 
  11. Handle labour allocation, attendance, discipline, and productivity. 
  12. Train and develop supervisors and production staff. 
  13. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and MIS reports for management. 
  14. Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
