Job Description

A Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, handling initial client interactions, and supporting the sales team by qualifying prospects before site visits and closures.


  • Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads

  • Understand customer requirements and provide project details
  • Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information
  • Follow up with potential customers to nurture interest
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion
  • Share project brochures, pricing, and offers with clients
  • Ensure a positive first impression of the company


  • Required Skills:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good convincing and negotiation abilities
  • Basic knowledge of real estate industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets


  • Qualifications:


  • Graduate in any field (MBA/Marketing preferred)
  • Min 1 year of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or real estate
