Job Description
A Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, handling initial client interactions, and supporting the sales team by qualifying prospects before site visits and closures.
- Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads
- Understand customer requirements and provide project details
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture interest
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion
- Share project brochures, pricing, and offers with clients
- Ensure a positive first impression of the company
- Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (MBA/Marketing preferred)
- Min 1 year of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or real estate
