Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales while delivering excellent customer service.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers
  • Provide accurate information on market trends, pricing, and property values
  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve the best outcomes
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for transactions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay updated with property market conditions, legal requirements, and competitors


  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of local real estate market and property regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems


  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in property sales or real estate brokerage
  • Strong network of potential clients
  • Key Skills:Sales and closing skills
