Relationship Manager - MLAP
- Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify and target potential borrowers (self-employed professionals, SME owners, and salaried individuals) to market LAP products.
- Portfolio Management: Nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and cross-selling.
- Lead Generation: Build and manage relationships with Direct Sales Associates (DSAs), real estate agents, and market intermediaries.
- Loan Processing: Assist clients with documentation, coordinate property valuations, and manage credit/eligibility checks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan approvals and timely disbursements. [1, 2, 3, 4]
