Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Experience: more than 1 years in sales (manufacturing/FMCG preferred)

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹40,000 CTC (based on experience) + incentives

About Us:

AR Brothers is a leading manufacturer of high-quality steel products (bunk beds, school benches) and portable cabins in Nashik. We're expanding our sales team to serve clients across Maharashtra and beyond.

Job Responsibilities:

Generate leads and close sales for steel products and portable cabins via phone, email, WhatsApp, and site visits.

Manage client relationships, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders using tools like Zoho CRM or IndiaMART.

Visit clients in Nashik and nearby areas to demonstrate products and negotiate deals.

Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager.

Coordinate with production team for timely deliveries.

Requirements:

1-3 years of sales experience, ideally in manufacturing, steel, or construction materials.

Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English; basic knowledge of digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business).

Self-motivated, target-oriented, with a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Familiarity with local markets in Nashik and Maharashtra is a plus.

Freshers with strong sales hustle and local knowledge may apply.
