About Us:

SRPL Group is a leading solar structure company, delivering high-quality racking solutions in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate books in Tally ERP, record daily transactions, manage payables/receivables, reconcile bank & creditor accounts, track expenses, and update inventory with weekly stock reconciliation.

Invoicing & Documentation: Generate invoices, challans, debit/credit notes, E-invoices, and E-way bills; maintain systematic filing of financial records.

Compliance & Reporting: Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns, ensure timely deposits, assist in financial statements, and support audits.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com, BBA, BMS) or related field.

Experience & Technical Skills:

Proven experience as Accounts Executive or similar role.

Proficiency in Tally ERP (Prime/GST) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Strong knowledge of GAAP, GST filing, E-invoicing, E-way bills, and TDS compliance.

Professional Competencies: Attention to detail, organizational ability, analytical skills, effective communication, teamwork, independence, and integrity.
