Accountant

Dear Candidate ,

We are seeking an enthusiastic accountant to assist our founding team in finance and operational tasks. 

You will be resourceful, highly organized and self-motivated to put processes in place.

Duties and Responsibilities

Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.Handling statutory filings - TDS, GST, PF/ESIKeep Bank Accounts up to date by posting day-to-day transactionsMaintain all the records & files in a proper mannerRecord all expenses and review those expenses & keep the track of expenses every monthPrepare monthly GST Data and file GSTGenerating invoices and challan in the company's software on a day-to-day basisPrepare and submit weekly/monthly reportsRecord and maintain stock on a weekly basisUpdate accounts payable and performs reconciliations

Qualities required.

• Good Knowledge and experience  in Tally
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & other accounting terms.
• Good command over MS-Excel & MS-Word
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Basic knowledge of banking, E- way bills and other similar work
• Ability to keep documents and data well organized.
