Job Description
Accounting & Finance
- Bookkeeping: Maintain and update daily accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
- Invoicing & Billing: Prepare and process sales/purchase invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and monitor petty cash flow.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage vendor payments and follow up with clients for outstanding receivables.
- Tax Compliance: Assist with documentation for GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Office Administration
- Reception & Communication: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and manage professional emails.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized physical and digital office files, records, and employee documents.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies, stationery, and place orders when necessary.
- Meeting Support: Assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- General Assistance: Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and other internal departments
