Job Description
Key responsibilitiesAccounts
Maintain books of accounts — journal entries, ledgers, and trial balance
MIS Reports
Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports for management review
Reconciliation
Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable management
GST & TDS
GST return filing, TDS deductions & compliance, coordination with CA
P&L & Balance Sheet
Assist in preparation of monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
Data Analysis
Analyse financial data using Excel/Google Sheets — pivot tables, dashboards, charts
Invoicing & Payments
Raise invoices, track payments, and manage petty cash and expense records
Audit Support
Support internal and statutory audits with required documentation and data
