Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Airline Customer Service Executive to assist passengers and ensure a smooth travel experience. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, ticketing, check-in procedures, boarding support, and resolve passenger concerns while maintaining high service standards.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, baggage, and flight-related inquiries.

Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and airline policies.

Handle ticket reservations, modifications, and cancellations.

Resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally and efficiently.

Coordinate with airport operations and airline staff to ensure smooth passenger handling.

Assist passengers requiring special services, including elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with disabilities.

Maintain records and prepare reports as required.

Ensure compliance with airline safety, security, and customer service standards.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.

Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
