🏗️ Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Architect who can independently handle architectural drawings, approvals, and project coordination. The candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and committed to delivering accurate work within timelines.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
📐 Prepare architectural drawings as per given sketches
🏢 Design projects as per architectural guidelines and DCR norms
📊 Create presentation and sale drawings
📂 Prepare AutoDCR / PreDCR / BPAMS submissions
📄 Develop municipal & approval drawings with required calculations
🏗️ Finalize column positions as per planning requirements
📋 Prepare complete working drawings and construction details
📁 Maintain proper documentation and file management
🧾 Ensure accuracy and correctness in all drawings (non-negotiable)
🤝 Coordinate with team members and project stakeholders
🚗 Visit sites, offices, and departments for follow-ups when required
📌 Job Details:
🎂 Age: 20 – 45 years
👨👩👧 Gender: Both genders allowed
🎓 Education: Graduate (Architecture)
🗣️ English: Intermediate English
💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year
⏰ Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
📅 Weekly Off: Sunday
