Scope of Concurrent Audit: Digital Transaction Monitoring:

Job Description:

We are seeking bright and motivated graduates to join our Concurrent Audit Team. As a part of the Concurrent Audit team for Digital Transaction Monitoring, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of digital transactions within the bank.

The areas to be covered include:

1. Review of Closed Alerts:

• Daily review of closed alerts along with the quality of closure by analysts and reviewers.

1. Review of Non-case Manager Alerts:

• Examination of alerts closed by analysts outside the case manager, such as those generated through BIU reports, manual alerts, or excel template based alerts.

1. Reconciliation of Alerts:

• Monthly reconciliation of alerts generated by core systems (e.g., Clari5, FRM, Falcon) against alerts attended by analysts in respective case managers.

1. Scenario-Wise Alert Review:

• Monthly review of scenario-wise alerts to assess the concentration of alerts in any scenario, trend analysis, and scenarios with Nil alerts.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize detailed audit checklists, report formats, exception reports, system reports, circulars, manuals, and guidelines of the Bank for conducting the audit.
• Submit audit reports to the Unit on a monthly basis.
• Discuss and agree upon all issues with the Units.
• Use provided workstations and email IDs for communication during the audit assignment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary & Allowance – Salary ₹8000 per month (Negotiable)

                                     Conveyance Allowance ₹500 per month

• Leaves Allowed – As per Bank Working Schedule (2nd and 4th Saturday Off)
• Salary Payment Period – 15th to 20th of the Month
• Notice Period – 1 Month

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to details and ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of banking operations and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and other relevant software.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
