About the RoleWe are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our BFSI Back Office team. The role involves handling KYC verification, loan processing support, document validation, and backend banking operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates interested in building a career in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
- Key ResponsibilitiesReview and verify KYC documents
- Process loan-related documentation
- Perform accurate data entry and document verification
- Coordinate with branches and customers for required information
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in all processes
- Maintain proper records and backend documentation
- Support banking and insurance-related operations
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate Freshers or Experienced candidates
- Candidates passed out between 2021 to 2026
- Must possess valid educational documents/marksheets
- Basic knowledge of:
- KYC processes
- Loan documentation
- Insurance and banking domain
- Minimum typing speed: 20 WPM
- Age Limit: 19 to 30 years
- Required SkillsGood communication skills
