Key Responsibilities
• Document Scrutiny: Review individual identity proofs (Aadhaar, PAN), financial
statements, loan documentation, or background verification paperwork for
absolute authenticity and completeness.
• Data Matching: Compare submitted source documentation against system
records or database profiles to flag inconsistencies, errors, or omissions.
• Database Management: Enter and update verified information accurately into
Writer Information's custom data frameworks or client MIS portals.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Categorize and track "insufficiencies" or failed
document validations, escalating issues to shift managers or client-facing teams
for correction.
• Compliance & Security: Maintain strict confidentiality and follow data
protection guidelines to protect sensitive customer information.
• Reporting: Generate and update daily productivity and error trackers using
