Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer queries related to banking products and services
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
- Provide information on account, cards, loans and Insurance
- Pitch and cross selling banking products as per customer needs
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate Degree (any discipline)
- Customer focused and sales-oriented approach
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Age 18 to 32 years
Experience:
- Freshers are welcome!
- Candidates with minimum 6 months in SALES / BPO/ BANKING/ TELESALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE preferred

Salary Structure (In-Hand Fixed Monthly):
- Fresher: 18,000/month fixed + Incentives
- Experienced (BPO/Tele-sales): Up to 25,000/month (depends on your last inhand & based on your interview performance)
- PLUS: Generous, Performance-Based UNLIMITED Incentives on top of your fixed salary!
