Banking Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer queries related to banking products and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining service quality
• Provide information on account, cards, loans and Insurance
• Pitch and cross selling banking products as per customer needs

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate Degree (any discipline)
• Customer focused and sales-oriented approach
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Age 18 to 32 years

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome! 
• Candidates with minimum 6 months in SALES / BPO/ BANKING/ TELESALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE preferred

Salary Structure (In-Hand Fixed Monthly):

• Fresher: 18,000/month fixed + Incentives
• Experienced (BPO/Tele-sales): Up to 25,000/month (depends on your last inhand & based on your interview performance)
• PLUS: Generous, Performance-Based UNLIMITED Incentives on top of your fixed salary!
