Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Barista/service guy for our café in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
Requirements:
* Age: 20–30 years
* Minimum 5 years experience in Coffee preparation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
* Team player with discipline and positive attitude
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffee, beverages, and café items
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and customer experience
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards
- Operate coffee machines and manage beverage prep efficiently
- Coordinate with café staff and maintain cleanliness of the workstation
