Job Description

Billing Executive (Accounts Receivable & Payable)

Responsibilities:

  • Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
  • Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
  • Process vendor bills and payments.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations.
  • Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding payment queries.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of billing/accounting experience.
  • Knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
  • Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
