Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive


Job Location: Juinagar


Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM


Week Off: Rotational


Transportation: Pick-up and drop facility available between Juinagar Station and the office.


Job Responsibilities:


- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

- Assist customers with their concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
