Job Description
Job Profile: (Collections Executive)
- Make Outbound calls to customers for loan collection through the system
- Explain loan repayment details with urgency and highlight credit impact
- Maintain customer VOCs in the system and capture calls dispositions
- Aim to generate maximum PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments with minimum call duration and positive interactions
- Handle All-bucket calling with a focus on soft collections
- Maintain strong communications skills while interacting with customers

Salary Details:
- Gujarati Fresher: ₹21,000/- in hand.
- Collection Gujarati Experienced: ₹24,000/- in hand
Shift Details:
- Day rotational shift (9 hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
- 1 rotational Weekly-Off
Additional Information:
- Salary date: 1st of every month
- Salary will be calculated from Day 1 of joining
