About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Business Advisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing suitable business solutions, and driving revenue growth by promoting IndiaFilings' business registration, tax, compliance, and software services.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and online consultations.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Explain IndiaFilings' offerings, including company registration, GST, trademark, compliance, accounting, and software solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and company offerings.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and provide consultative solutions.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of business registration, taxation, or compliance services is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
