We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at a leading overseas recruitment firm in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the global recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the overseas recruitment industry.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

* Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.

* Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.

* Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful fulfillment of client needs.

* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.

* Achieve and exceed business development targets and KPIs.

* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and job fairs to build brand awareness.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree 

* Proven experience of 2+ years in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.

* A proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated approach.

* Familiarity with overseas recruitment processes and labor markets is an advantage.
