Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for researching potential clients, initiating contact, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role is critical in building a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients across industries (corporates, schools, hospitals, etc.)
• Build and maintain a qualified lead database
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
• Introduce Regal Uniforms and generate interest
• Fix qualified appointments/meetings for the sales team
• Ensure timely follow-ups and meeting confirmations
• Maintain detailed records of outreach and responses
• Coordinate internally for smooth lead handover
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets for meetings and lead generation

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / lead generation
• Candidates from Corporate Gifting / Promotional Products background will be strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; Marathi is a plus)
• Confident in handling cold calls and client conversations
• Strong research skills (LinkedIn, Google, directories)
• Organized with consistent follow-up discipline
