🔹 About the Role
IESP is looking for a passionate and driven Student Counsellor to guide aspiring candidates toward successful careers in the aviation industry. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students on aviation courses and career opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins)
Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling
Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, and career scope
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential candidates
Ensure a smooth admission process in coordination with internal teams
🔹 Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Confident, presentable, and target-oriented
Ability to understand student needs and guide accordingly
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
Age: 18 to 35 years
🔹 Experience
0–3 years of experience in counselling, education, or sales
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
