Job Description

We are looking for result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide working professionals in selecting suitable distance learning programs. The role involves understanding learners’ career goals, providing accurate course information, and supporting them throughout the enrolment process.

  • Counsel working professionals regarding suitable courses based on their career goals and experience
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend relevant programs
  • Provide detailed information about course structure, duration, fees, and career outcomes
  • Handle queries via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms
  • Assist candidates through the complete admission process
  • Follow up with prospective learners to convert leads into enrolments and achieve monthly targets
