Job Title:
Channel Partner Executive – Road Safety Products / DSCP
Location:
Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Partner Executive to lead the identification, engagement, and onboarding of channel partners / Sales Partner for our road safety product / DSCP product range. This role will involve developing a robust partner network, driving sales through channel partnerships, and ensuring a win-win collaboration for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Partner Identification & Engagement:
● Identify potential channel partners / Sales Partners aligned with the road safety product / DSCP market, such as distributors, dealers, and retailers.
● Conduct market research to identify high-growth regions and suitable partners.
● Build and maintain a database of prospective partners.
2. Onboarding & Relationship Management:
● Effectively pitch the company's road safety product / DSCP range to potential partners.
● Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and onboarding processes.
● Provide partners with training and product knowledge to ensure they are equipped to represent our products effectively.
3. Performance Management:
● Develop and track sales targets and KPIs for channel partners.
● Conduct regular reviews to ensure channel partners are meeting agreed targets.
● Address challenges faced by partners and provide solutions to maximize performance.
4. Business Development:
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and campaigns to attract channel partners.
● Drive revenue growth by expanding the channel network into untapped markets.
5. Market Analysis & Strategy:
● Analyze market trends, competition, and partner feedback to refine channel strategies.
● Provide insights to the product team to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market needs.
Key Skills & Competencies:
● Proven track record in channel sales or Dealer management
● Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and partner performance metrics.
● Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
● Ability to travel frequently as required for partner meetings and market visits.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
● 2- 3 years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
● Familiarity with road safety products or related industries is a plus.
