Job Description

Job Title: Collection Executive –

Job Description

Minimum 6 months/ 1 year experience (Collection)

Graduate / Undergraduate

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound collection calls to customers.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and pending payments.
  • Negotiate and assist customers with payment resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly productivity targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Age: Up to 33 years.
  • Good communication skills in:
  • Hindi
  • Marathi
  • English
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: Upto 25,000 (In hand / CTC)
  • Salary starts from Day One of joining.
  • Salary Credit Date: 1st of every month.

Work Location

  • Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

Centralized pick up & drop from Juinagar station 


Shift Details

  • Day Rotational Shift
  • 9 Working Hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
  • 1 Rotational Weekly Off
