Key Responsibilities

• Food Prep & Service: Prepare ingredients (chopping, washing, peeling), cook items (e.g., vegetables, meats, sauces), and plate dishes according to recipes and station standards.
• Kitchen Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including cleaning work areas, storing food properly, and maintaining temperature logs.
• Station Management: Monitor inventory levels, request supplies, and ensure all equipment is clean and functional.
• Team Support: Assist in various kitchen sections as needed, communicate with other staff, and work efficiently during service periods.
