Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, following recipes and portion standards, and supporting the kitchen team during service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare food as per El Tacos recipes and standards.
- Assist in mise en place and daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Follow food safety, portion control, and wastage guidelines.
- Support senior chefs during service.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of ingredients.
