Hiring: Customer Support Associate (Hybrid/WFH Option)

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our US Voice Process in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This role offers the perfect blend of structured office training and the long-term flexibility of working from home.

Job Overview

• Role: Customer Support Agent (Voice)

• Process: US International Process

• Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai (Initial Phase)

• Salary: Up to ₹30,000/- Net Take Home

Work Model: Training to WFH

• Initial Phase: On-site training and nesting at the Airoli office for approximately 3 months.

• Future Phase: Transition to Work From Home (WFH) eligibility based on performance and training completion.

Shift & Transport

• Shift Timings: 5:30 PM to 11:30 PM / 12:00 AM (Fixed evening window)

• Week-offs: 2 Rotational Week-offs

• Transport: Free Pick-up and Drop services provided during the on-site office phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality voice support to US-based customers.

• Resolving queries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining service excellence.

• Transitioning smoothly from an office environment to a remote setup after the 3-month mark.

Requirements

• Excellent English fluency (Oral and Written).

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.

• Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for the eventual WFH transition.
