Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a Customer Calling Executive to communicate with customers over phone calls, provide product information, resolve queries, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers.
• Answer inbound customer inquiries and provide assistance.
• Explain products, services, offers, and promotions.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, or support requests.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Collect customer feedback and report insights to management.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Requirements:Good verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages (preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and politely.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Previous customer service, telecalling, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
