Hiring: Customer Relationship Manager – Digital Process📍 Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai
🎓 Qualification: BMS or Any Graduation Related to Digital Marketing
💼 Experience: Freshers / Experienced
💰 Salary: As per interview
- Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers over calls for the onboarding process
- Collect and verify customer details accurately
- Assist customers throughout the onboarding journey
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
- Build positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Preferred Candidate Profile: Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Confident and professional while handling customer calls
- Candidates from a Digital Marketing background preferred
- Basic understanding of customer engagement and relationship management
- Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets, and basic computer tools
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Added Advantage: Experience in telecalling or customer interaction
- Knowledge of social media/customer engagement
- Understanding of lead handling and onboarding process
