Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about insurance products and services
Resolve customer complaints
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Freshers are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of customer service processes preferred
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to handle customer queries efficiently
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days , Sunday Fixed off
Salary: 18,000 In-hand per month
