Customer Support Executive

Designation :- Risk Support Executive

Department :- Fraud Control Unit

*Key Responsibilities*

- Monitor and analyze transactions to detect potential fraudulent activity

- Conduct thorough investigations and document findings

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve fraudulent cases

- Maintain accurate records and reports

- Provide exceptional customer service

* Upselling the products over the same calls

* Handle outbound calls

*Requirements*

- Good typing speed and accuracy

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and analytical skills

- Preferably male candidates

*Important Notes:*

* Graduation Degree/ Certificate is Mandatory (Hard Copy)

* CIBIL Score must be 700 or above

* Age limit is upto 35 Years only

*Skills and Requirements:*

1. *Excellent communication skills*: Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

2. *Customer service experience*: Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.

3. *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment*: Handle high-volume calls while maintaining quality and professionalism.

Morning Rotational

Week off - One rotational off
