We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Calling / BPO Executives to join our growing team. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Explain company products/services to customers
- Generate leads and follow up with clients
- Maintain customer records and call details
- Resolve customer queries effectively
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Coordinate with team members and reporting managers
