Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive (TIRA Cosmetics) / Voice Proces


Job Responsibilities:-

  • Handle customer queries and concerns through appropriate communication channels.
  • Provide end-to-end resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to closure.
  • Maintain service quality standards and process compliance.
  • Escalate complex issues when required and coordinate with relevant teams.

Eligibility Criteria:-

  • Versant V5 certification/score is mandatory.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in E-commerce or Customer Care processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Schedule:-

  • Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (9-hour shift)
  • Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Weekly Off: Rotational

Compensation:-

  • Take-home Salary: 22,000 to 28,000 CTC

Location:- Airoli, Navi Mumbai
