Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
• Perform Aadhaar enrolment, update, and correction services as per UIDAI guidelines
• Handle walk-in public queries professionally and efficiently
• Verify documents and ensure accuracy of resident data
• Operate UIDAI-approved systems, biometric devices, and software
• Maintain daily transaction reports and records
• Follow government compliance, data security, and confidentiality norms
• Coordinate with centre supervisor for smooth operations
Key Requirements:
• 02 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
• Strong interest in Government / UIDAI projects
• Ability to handle the public with patience and professionalism
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)
• Sound knowledge of UIDAI processes (preferred)
• Good communication skills in local language and basic English.
• The candidate should be proficient in working on a laptop and have basic laptop operating skills.
