Job Title: Telesales Executive – Insurance & Demat Sales

Location: Navi Mumbai (Turbhe)

Job Description:

We are hiring Telesales Executives for a banking process focused on Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Demat Account sales. The candidate should have prior experience in BFSI/BPO sales and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound sales calls for Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Demat Accounts

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers

Explain product features and benefits to customers

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details

Ensure quality customer interaction and compliance with process guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months of experience in:

Life Insurance Sales

General Insurance Sales

Demat Account Sales

BFSI/BPO Sales

Graduate or Undergraduate can apply

Good communication skills required

Versant Level V4 or V5 preferred

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: ₹3,25,000 per annum

In-hand Salary: ₹28,000 per month

Shift Timing:

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
