Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Planning & Execution Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels

  • Manage campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns aligned with business goals

2. Performance & Analytics Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4)

  • Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and ROI
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance

3. Social Media Management Oversee social media strategy and content planning

  • Manage brand presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Analyze trends and optimize engagement

4. Content & Creative Coordination Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and campaigns

  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels
  • Guide video, reel, and visual content strategy

5. SEO & Website Optimization Work on on-page and off-page SEO strategies

  • Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates
  • Coordinate with developers for website improvements

6. Budget & ROI Management Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets effectively

  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and cost efficiency

7. Market & Competitor Research Analyze competitor strategies and market trends

  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field:

  • 2–10+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and team management abilities
