Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance + Social Media)

Role OverviewWe are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who can contribute across performance marketing and social media/content creation. This is a dynamic role ideal for candidates who either have expertise in one area or a working understanding of both.

You will be responsible for driving lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement for SaaS-based applications and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Position 1: Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Generate high-quality leads and improve cost efficiency (CPA/ROAS)
• Manage ad budgets and scale campaigns
• Perform A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages
• Set up and monitor tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixel, GTM, etc.)

Position 2: Social Media & Content

• Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Develop reels, short videos, and engaging posts
• Plan and maintain content calendars
• Write captions, blogs, and marketing copies
• Engage with audience and build online community

• Requirements
• 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience in either performance marketing OR social media/content (both is a plus)
• Basic understanding of paid ads, content strategy, and analytics
• Creative thinking with a data-driven approach
• Experience in SaaS / IT solutions is preferred
• KPIsLead generation & cost per lead (CPL)
• Campaign ROI / ROAS
• Engagement rate & follower growth
• Content reach and conversions
