Job Summary

Responsible for supervising day-to-day civil construction activities with focus on ply shuttering, steel reinforcement, and RCC works. Ensures quality, safety, timely progress, and labour management at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shuttering carpenters, steel fixers, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Check shuttering alignment, level, stability, and finishing before concreting.
• Oversee steel rebar cutting, bending, placing, spacing, lapping, and tying as per drawings/BBS.
• Plan daily work, allocate manpower, and coordinate with engineers and vendors.
• Maintain quality for shuttering, reinforcement, and RCC work as per project standards.
• Ensure strict safety compliance and PPE usage.
• Keep daily progress reports, labour records, and material consumption logs.
• Monitor stock of shuttering plywood, props, rebar, binding wire, and prevent wastage.
• Conduct pre-concreting checks and supervise concreting activities.
• Resolve site issues, ensure timely completion of targets, and maintain housekeeping.
• QualificationsDiploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Strong experience in shuttering and rebar work supervision.
• Ability to read structural drawings and BBS.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
