Direct Sales Executive

Job Title: Direct Sales Executive – Internet Connection

Role Summary:

Responsible for promoting and selling internet services (broadband, fiber, wireless, etc.) directly to customers (either residential or businesses) through face-to-face interaction, tele-sales, or door-to-door campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Clearly explain the features and benefits of internet service plans.
• Achieve assigned sales targets (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings and pricing.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and provide solutions.
• Gather customer feedback and report it to the sales manager.
• Maintain records of sales leads and customer accounts.
• Attend training sessions and sales meetings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school (10th/12th) or Diploma or any higher (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Experience in any direct sales (preferably in telecom or internet services).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.( Marathi and Hindi Must)
• Ability to work independently and handle rejections positively.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy, with understanding of internet services.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Work Environment:

• Field work (door-to-door or site visits).
• Some roles might involve working in shopping malls, public events, or booths.

Targets are usually aggressive, and compensation is often commission-based
