Direct Sales Executive

Job Title: Direct Sales Executive – Internet Connection

Role ObjectiveAcquire new i-ON broadband and IPTV subscribers within an assigned cluster of 4–5 apartment societies. Convert walk-ins, referrals, and cold leads into paid connections within 48 hours. Represent i-ON as Mumbai's own local ISP with same-day support.

Key Responsibilities•     Achieve a weekly target of 20–25 new connections, tracked via Height8 CRM.

•     Execute society-level activations: gate pitches, stall setup, Society Champion tie-ups, Try & Buy sign-ups.

•     Own the Try & Buy refundable-deposit conversion funnel for A-category buildings with >200 home pass.

•     Pitch i-ON TV as a bundled add-on to every new connection.

•     Submit daily EOD WhatsApp report with walk-ins, pitches, closures, and hot leads (per i-ON template).

•     Attend weekly branch review (RAG tracker) and monthly zonal review.

•     Maintain 100% accuracy on Height8 CRM entry — lead, KYC, plan, deposit, activation date.

Ideal Candidate Profile•     Lives within 5 km of the assigned branch; knows the buildings by name.

•     Comfortable with door-knocking, standing at society gates, handling "no" repeatedly.

•     Owns a two-wheeler and smartphone; WhatsApp-fluent.

•     Prior experience selling broadband/DTH/mobile postpaid is a strong plus.

Targets are usually aggressive, and compensation is often commission-based
