Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Document Scrutiny: Review individual identity proofs (Aadhaar, PAN), financial statements, loan documentation, or background verification paperwork for absolute authenticity and completeness. • Data Matching: Compare submitted source documentation against system records or database profiles to flag inconsistencies, errors, or omissions. • Database Management: Enter and update verified information accurately into Writer Information's custom data frameworks or client MIS portals. • Discrepancy Resolution: Categorize and track "insufficiencies" or failed document validations, escalating issues to shift managers or client-facing teams for correction. • Compliance & Security: Maintain strict confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines to protect sensitive customer information. • Reporting: Generate and update daily productivity and error trackers using Microsoft Excel. Candidate Requirements • Education: Graduate in any stream • Experience: Freshers are highly welcome; 0 to 2 years of experience in data entry, KYC verification, or BPO back-office processes is preferred. • Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Foundational understanding of banking documentation (loans, KYC) or insurance policy servicing. • Technical Skills: o Good typing speed (minimum 20–25 WPM) with high data entry accuracy. o Familiarity with MS Office, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word. • Soft Skills: Sharp attention to detail, strong observational capacity, and ability to handle repetitive verification cycles efficiently. Employment Details • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. • Shift Schedule: 6-day work week; must be flexible to work in rotational shifts based on business client volumes.
