We have a vaccancy for the post of Duty Manager

· Co-coordinating functions and activities with other department Heads as assigned.

· Defining targets/ goals for the department and make a constant effort to achieve the same.

· Introducing ways to minimize transaction time and to introduce new techniques of intelligent selling thus maximizing sales and Revenue.

· Under the guidance of the Unit Head/ Manager Operations , the Duty Manager manages functions such as hiring, induction, on job training, coaching mentoring and taking disciplinary action if required to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity.

· Ensuring all forms and formats are duly maintained as per the defined process during the shift.

· Ensuring optimal programming, thus maximizing Shows and Revenue.

· Maintaining all legal and statutory requirements for the cinema.

· Ensuring all displays and promotions are updated at all times.

· Preparing and communicating daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Unit team members.

· Monitoring and control the department expenses and maintains revenue related records.

· Ensuring minimum stock levels of all inventories are maintained.

· Liaising with the audit officer to clarify audit related queries.

· Increasing the RPP and the ATP at the Unit.

· Responsible to send DCR to the distributors.

· Ensure that the staff float is received by the staff/ transfer float.

· Responsible to introduce ways to reduce the transaction time.

· Monitoring and control of wastages.

· Carrying out yield analysis.

· Controlling anti-piracy activities at the Unit.

· Implementing all control measures for cash handling in all operational areas.

· Monitoring and to check the Revenue Drop process at the end of every shift.

· Checking the inventory related reports from showbizz.

· Implementing the Unit marketing plan in terms of promotions and block bookings.

· Building a positive image for brand BMX for all internal and external guests.

· Conducting the appraisal process of all reporting to him/her functionally at the Unit.

· Managing Leaves for team-members considering Operational requirements.

· Ensuring all equipment are in working condition and are maintained as per the process defined in the SOP.

· Handling all on- floor operations including Entries, Intervals, Exits and interacting with guests, taking feedback on service.

· Performing any other duty which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supervising the functions of the departmental employees, facilities, operations and cost on a day- to-day basis.

· Overseeing the services of the Cinema in all areas of operations to ensure the highest standards and quality of services at all times.

· Keeping a vigil on an accurate movie screening, sound and screening quality and then report accordingly.

· Checking and ensuring all packaged products have the correct MRP printed and are served within the printed expiry date.

· Allocate duties of the staff and take briefing in absence to Team leader Operations.

· Planning and implementing the duty roster.

· Ensuring on time commencement and completion of shows.
