Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer with strong knowledge of CNC and VMC machines. The candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown handling of production machines to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control panel issues.
• Maintain drives, PLCs, servo motors, sensors, relays, and electrical circuits.
• Handle machine wiring, panel maintenance, and electrical documentation.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and improve machine efficiency.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor spare parts and maintenance records.
• Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of CNC/VMC machine electrical systems.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and servo drives.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is preferred.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and machine manuals.
• Familiarity with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controls preferred.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• EligibilityDiploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
• Manufacturing or machining industry experience preferred.
• Preferred Candidate ProfileHands-on maintenance experience in machine shop environment.
• Ability to work independently during breakdown situations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
